I thought the same thing that once they install the separation wall, they may not take if off till the harvest day come.
You mean you would like a big tent with extro wall,so that you can separate them into two space as you needed? Do you still need the shelf for seedling?
Actually this is our third design, our second design,we made the seedling room and the Flowering room totally separated as two independant tent. But many growers like them stay as one building with a separation wall.

There wouldn't be any particular schedule. Most people would use it to run a small perpetual garden. On the small side, they can raise young plants, then put them into the other side to bloom, while new seedlings replace them on the small side. Most people wouldn't remove the wall at all.
But if I was looking at tents, I might think this slightly larger tent with the extra wall might be pretty cool to have, especially for someone just starting. I would know that, later, I could buy another tent for veg, take the wall out of this one and have two large tents. It's a very good idea for a starter tent. You should market it that way. It would be nice as part of a lights and tent combination - a full starter kit - set it up, hang the lights, plug 'em in and you're all set!
