Mars Hydro Grow Journal: TS 3000, Gorilla Glue Auto, 4x4 Tent, 2 Medium, 2 Pot Sizes

Howdy do.
Just thought I would pop by and say hello.
I will catch up within the next few days. I've got a list of journals I'm busy plowing through.
This forum takes over your life.
Everything is looking fantastic, just from the brief period I have spent here.:thumb:
I will be back soon

Toodlooo:ciao:
Dud!!!!!! You are everywhere!! Best way to learn!! I've had a chance to check your thread... Nice grows... Love the lights. Making it work... Look forward to following... I have too many threads rattling in my head. I've been everywhere, too. Thanks for the shout out.... Your plants look so healthy....

I made another brew of Molasses and worm castings. Only norma was ready for a drink today. I'm watering her mostly of course.

I have no schedule at all. They all want water at different times. I pick up bag. Thats how I tell if I'm watering any particular girl. I'm trying to water coco not completely dry. Trying to water soil a day before completely dry. I feel like I have a good handle on this watering in different mediums.

I've heard of watering Coco twice a day or every day. I don't think it's nessesarry. Of course I still my learn different, but I'm using my own commonsense.

I am trying to time the brew for all four of them. I figure I have a two day window with compost tea if I aerate until used. Tomorrow I think other three girls will be ready for some.

Wife wanted pic's today so I took pic's. She built a web page for me.. Don't know if we will ever monetize it. I put my journals there in addition. Anybody wants to check it out. It's at Growdaddy.tv . It's a passion project for my honey. I'm just the staff.

I request info on two plants in coco before i can make my pick:nomo:
-using your lift technique are both coco plants getting same amount of water?
-are you going to do any plant training?
I'm trying to water coco not completely dry. 70% dry. Not using scale but I may buy one so I could be more accurate. Yes I'm trying to water same but because of different size pots Norma in 3 gallon needs water more frequently. The plant training I will be using for all four will be light LST. Pulling away branches from main stem is the only plan allowing light and separation.

:hmmmm: Hmmmmmmmmm .........
does mrsgrowdaddy talk too that plants? if so does she give each plant equal attention or is their family bias involved.
Maybe a little bias for June. @mrsgrowdaddy for June. :adore:

So where do we start talking about golf? I think we have the best course In the north east of England ? Or does this type of conversation belong on face bookshelf?
As I am not a member of that club.
Looking fantastic by the way. I've been going back and comparing the beginning till now. Excellent job my friend.

You can talk golf all you want on my post Squiggle. We are getting a winter blast this week. No golf  this week. I got out a couple times last week and it was cold. Courses aren't even open this week. It really doesn't lend any confidence to distance ( the cold ). My friends from California would never play here in the winter. I play mostly at a municipal course Cedar Hill. It's small but long enough and too long during the winter. I'm told it is the played course in all of Canada. I have many nicer courses near by, but golf isn't cheap here on Vancouver island. Me and my friends are usually playing twilight.

See you got me started Squiggle.

Yes plants are looking good, but I will post question with pics about what I mean. I'm wondering about defoliation on these autos. Not sure if I should take off a few huge leaves that are covering up what will be bud sites. I will also look at some gorilla auto grows. I think they have to go. Everyone but Edith has a problem with huge fan leaves... There like umbrellas.

Okay final question, follow up to the mrsgrowdaddy question.

On a scale from 1 to 10, 1 being lowest and 10 being highest:)lot-o-toke:) what would you say is the amount of CO2 involved in the typical mrsgrowdaddy conversation? :)
Mostly hot air... I won't listen to her when she starts on politics. Why do the smart ones all have little tin hats. She's Brilliant and smart... See just thinks more than me... I will have a blue pill please.

She visits grow and when she does she blows on them. I told here my plants don't want any of those negative thoughts about politics. Strict guidelines in the Man Grow Room.

LOL *I'm* the staff - you're the *talent*. ;-)

LOL I treat them all as equally as possible but of course I'm a sucker for the underdog. Sometimes I give Edith a little CO2-rich pep-talk. ;-) Oh and I'm afraid I'm a *huge* CO2 producer blablablablablablablabla (right hubby?) - good thing the plants are offsetting some of that LOL! ;-)

Ok.. I've got some umbrellas for fan leaves. Obviously there covering up some potential bud sites. Should I remove. Will it slow down growth. I haven't seen @SeniorMoments in a while but if your out there please give me some tips. Senior Moments grew some monster Gorilla Glue autos a couple months back. Anybody!!!! Love to hear thoughts.

ran the numbers using 10 on CO2 scale and Norma it is:thumb:

you could start by simple pulling tops down, gives you that flat table like shape and results in multiple bud sites. then wait to see how plant grows, in a few days work with what the plant gives you to open up some bud sites. I like to wait for flower to start before i go to crazy on suckers leaves, just me.

I'm not huge on topping auto's but tons do and have great success, then do your best mr. miyagi .

I start with simple 90bend then slowly circle around a cage (tomato cage cut into half) and try to keep center open for light to pentrate lower than advertised 6" mars hydro says on canopy. I wait for flower so i know what suckers leaves are blocking what, i use my hand hold above bud site and look at the shadows and decide what to cut.
** DON"T forget you are more than likely going to have to support your bud sites later on because they are going to be HUGEmungus.

week 6-7 LSD auto, i'll clean out center more later

Don't get me started either. All our courses have been shut for
year in the UK, because of covid. My back garden is now a driving range and the neighbours shed is full of holes . At least you get to use a real course.
