Police say a Schenectady man is arrested in Montgomery County for having a pound of marijuana mailed to him.
Amsterdam Police say Daryle King, 29, faces felony charges after he allegedly had marijuana mailed to him from a California address.
Authorities were tipped off when U.S. Postal Inspectors contacted them about suspicious packages being delivered to the post office.
Police say King was taken into custody when he went to retrieve the package on Friday and is being held pending arraignment.
