Ladies and gentlemen, welcome everyone!
This will probably be my only thread in this section because cannafood is foreign to me. And what we are going to cook is hard enough to categorize as cannafood, but I couldn't find a more appropriate place to post my creation.
Let's look at the story of Malafia Vedmi
Malafia Vedmi — or «managa» is a liquid extract of the wild-growing herb Cannabis Sativa, which is obtained by boiling the leaves and inflorescences of cannabis in milk. Malafia Vedmi is intoxicating due to the presence of cannabinoids, including tetrahydrocannabinol. The potion itself was invented in the XX century, due to the lack of alternative ways to get high. It is not known exactly who was the first to think of putting a bush in a pan, but it is definitely the residents of post-Soviet countries. So let's give this dish national status. As a resident of one of these countries, I know the popularity of managa in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. I don’t know how common this recipe is in more eastern regions. I came up with the name myself

Ingredients
- Milk 2L
- Sweetened condensed milk 150ml-200ml
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Baking soda 0.5 teaspoon
- Sugar ½ cup
- Marijuana leaves and inflorescences
- Gauze for straining
About the condensed milk. I realise that you can't get it everywhere, as it's mostly produced in the countries I named above. If you can find it in your country, great. If not, use milk cream and more sugar. Fatter Malafia - stronger the effect, so don't be afraid to use a fatter cream. Don't worry about the sugar, you can add it after cooking, but if you overdo it, there's nothing you can do about it.
Let's clarify something else. We don't need ready-made buds. That is why I don't consider it a full-fledged cannafood. You don't want to waste your finished product on this. Just keep in mind that we are trying to knock out all the THC from inside the bush, not from its resin. It may not be on the inflorescence at all. My bush was just at the beginning of flowering. A flower that has been damaged or a bush that grows outside is best. Many people prefer wild bushes, but I made it from my own broken one. Regarding wild ones, I’ll just add that it’s better to collect them when the first cold weather arrives, when they contain the most THC. Best in October, but earlier is possible.

Step 1. Prepare the bush for cooking, tear off all the small stems, leaves, inflorescences and place them in one plate. You can throw away the main stem or give it to the dog to be torn to pieces, as I did.Let's clarify something else. We don't need ready-made buds. Step 2. Prepare a pan and pour all the milk into it. Place on medium heat or slightly higher. The main thing for us is to achieve high temperatures, but not to bring to a boil.
Step 3. While milk still hasn't warmed up, add the baking soda and sugar. Mix it well. The milk may start to foam because of the baking soda, so check to make sure it doesn't run off.
Step 4. Once the milk is hot, crumble the leaves and florets. If they are still wet, simply tear them into smaller pieces. As you can see in my pics, I have both dry and wet.
