Starting again, only 3 seeds grew, out of 10 or so I planted. Seeds are a few years old but shouldnt matter right?

3rd plant seems to be doing fine/normal. These two are not.

When I see twisting leaves like that I always start with pH imbalance.

Is there any way to check pH or to remedy this without buying any test kits or spending a lot of money? Like, do you know if too high or too low pH would cause this?

Just get a basic ph test kit I paid 15 for mine take a little to get used to I suggest getting a digital. It's better to have a ph tester than no tester because ph imbalance will kill tf out of your plants.
