Male plants

I'm growing some plants from some seeds I've had...they are in their second week of flowering....they have started to show their sex, some more then others...I've removed some males, there's still one ot two that are hard to tell....

My question is: How long does a make take to 'mature' and do his dirty deed and spew his jizz?
