Male or Female?

This is from my buddys first grow (Blueberry and Doublegum). We are both newbies and this site has been a tremendous help. Many thanks to everyone for sharing your wisdom. From reading in the FAQs we think the Blueberry is a male which SUCKS but we're not sure about the Doublegum, maybe to early to tell. What do you guys think? Blueberry has been flowering for 12 days and the Doublegum for 8. Thanks!

The top is male, the Doublegum looks like a herm. The blueberry could be a herm, it's too hard to see in the pics.

The Blueberry is straight up male, no doubt. The Double Gum may be male as well. Seeing as it has only been flowering for 8 days the reproductive organs may still be forming at this point. Also, if this is a strong Sativa strain then it may take longer for sex to show as well. In all likelyhood it is male, but give it time. If you don't see white hairs develope in the next week then pull that sucker.

Tried to search for this answer but no luck. So can I take the seeds from these plants and possibly get a female? If so how long do I need to let them grow? Do I need to do something to them to make the seeds viable?

Oh ya, possible male or female ;-) I hear they need to mature and after harvest it takes about 30 days. But, I could be wrong on that.
