two out of all four seem to have tails with like antenas while all the other have the anthena going out of something that looks like a seedbag - this is why i think that only 2 out of all are females

Well.....anything you think looks like a pollen bags probably is & here's an example:

It can be as bad as this.....or your plants could be showing less of the male flowers (pollen sacks), but still would resemble this very closely. They do resemble seed formation but is definately a male flower.

And yes the pic I put up is quite mature male flower. Those pollen sacks usually form on the bottom of the branch first in early stages.....
So you need to remove them from the garden ASAP to avoid pollination.
