Male/female help needed

Hello everyone, this is my first post but i've been around for quiet some time now. Im doing my first grow with cfl's and today i realized some balls formed already (didnt expect so early). I just want to make sure this is 100% male plant so i can throw him out of my grow box. Im not sure if i should wait a bit more and see but im pretty confident its a boy :/ Should i be patient?
