Sure

I'd consider taking a snip, reveg and make a clone.
While she's revegging you can look into using STS or other methods and get everything lined up for a reversal.

If I keep her in flower for 11-12 weeks I think yhey start reproducing regular seeds that will do the job but I never do it before so I asking for advices

Yes but since waiting it out is invoking a last ditch hermie situation I think the consensus is those beans will be more prone to hermie themselves, reversal is the way to go.
