Making Oil For Medical Use

Good Morning everyone.
I have a question, I know how to make oil to Smoke but if your making Oil for medical purposes ( eg ; eat ) for sleep, Anxiety. Do you have to Decarboxylate your weed before making the oil to activate
Please help can’t find the answer to this anywhere.

Yes. Decarb it. If you dont it wont work.
