Making butter

Firsts time at making butter. During the straining part I realized I only used 1/2 cup butter instead of 1 cup. Weed was 1 cup. Can I recook it or use it the way it is.

It's great that you managed to get 1 cup of weed into 1/2 cup of butter...must be strong stuff.

If the recipe calls for 1 cup of butter and you figured that 1 cup of weed was the correct amount for that, then you can just add another 1/2 cup of butter to the infusion. That will bring you back to the strength you were expecting to begin with.

If you want to make it stronger, feel free to re-infuse with more weed and more butter.
