today while doing LST on my lemonberry haze autoflower the main stem kinda folded when i was tieing her down, its not a big fold and the stem still trys to go backup when undo the tie,

whats the best thing to do??? if anyone can help

keep it tied down so it heals this way or undo the tie

Folding them doesn't hurt anything, just mash the stem a bit more before bending and you'll get
smoother bends, but some of them will still "kink"
As long as the outside "skin" is still intact the plant won't even notice the kinks.

If it's dropping below 90 degrees I'd just prop it up with a stick/gardening wire/tape/tie, to a 90 degree angle or whatever angle you want and it should be heal fine and be good as gold. They recover well.

Any pictures? U can duct tape it
The stem seems to be OK and didn't break, its just has a wrinkle and still wants to spring back up,

Heart wrenching moment when it happened,

It's sitting at a perfect angle, so just gona let it heal up, she has still grew abit since its happened and the leaves all faced up to the light straight away so I quess no harm has been caused except a near heart attack

Brilliant news then, should I keep her tied down untill healed, still growing well since it happened

That's not a bad kink at all- you'll have to keep her tied down for a week or so, or she'll stand right back up.

Thanks carcass, glad it wasn't a bad snap or break and just a slight crush/fold, she's going like it never happened,
Lesson learned,

Everything was sitting nice,, so went to tie the knot and it pulled the stem down sharp and I near capped my pants, considering she's an auto and cant be having any stress on the plant
