Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Magical Butter olive oil
- 3 1/2 - 5 pounds of fresh pork loin
- 3/4 cup of Chef Mary Jane's Rib Krusha Rub (Chicken and Rib Rub)
- 1/4 cup of Chef Mary Jane's Swamp Seasoning (cajun seasoning)
- 2 cups of Chef Mary Jane's Korean Style BBQ Sauce
- Mix rubs together in a meduim-size bowl and add oil, 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and 1/2 of the rub mixture. Whisk until completely combined.
- Inject mixture into loin with a flavor injector syringe.
- Mix the rest of the leftover sauce and rub mixture on the loin.
- Place in smoker at 225 degrees F for 2 hours.
- Brush with BBQ sauce every 20 minutes for another 2 hours.
- Slice and serve with Chef Mary Jane's Korean Style BBQ Sauce.
