Magical Butter's Lobster and Lump Crab Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound lobster tail (lobster poached in Magical Butter's butter recommended)
1 pound lump crabmeat
1/3 cup Magical Butter homemade mayonaise
1/3 cup crushed cheesy crackers
3 finely chopped scallions
1 red fresno chili (finely diced, seeds and veins removed)
1/2 finely diced yellow bell pepper
1 egg
2 tablespoons Chef Mary Janes Merman Essence (Old Bay is fine)
1 tablespoon Blood Fire Worcestershire
1 tablespoon whole-grain Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Holy Moly Mango Lime Aioli
Napa cabbage and jicama slaw
For Frying
1/2 cup Magical Butter peanut oil
Flour for dusting
Garnish
Organic mixed greens
How To
1. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, except lobster and lump crab.
2. Gently fold in crab and lobsters, and shape into patties. Dust with flour.
3. Heat oil on medium for 2 minutes in a large skillet.
4. Slowly add cakes and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Carefully flip and cook on the other side for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Put on a plate and cover with paper towels to drain off any excess oil. Then serve.
