Blood Fire Worcestershire
Ingredients
½ cup Magical Butter's tincture
¼ cup Magical Butter's olive oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sherry wine vinegar
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup molasses
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup blood orange juice
¼ cup tamarind concentrate
¼ cup golden raisins
1 chopped medium onion
5 cardamom pods
4 large garlic cloves
4 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
1 anchovy
½" peeled and diced fresh ginger
3 tablespoons Magical Butter's Signature Spice Mix
3 tablespoons mustard seed (1 ½ tablespoons ground mustard)
3 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon whole mixed peppercorns (red, black, white and green)
1 teaspoon fresh grated horseradish (or ½ tsp powder wasabi powder for a twist)
½ teaspoon yellow curry powder
¼-½ teaspoon fresh ground cinnamon stick
5-8 whole cloves
How To
Place all ingredients into your Magical Butter machine.
Select the "Temperature" button and set at 160ºF.
Then press "1 Hour/Oil" button.
