Magical Butter's Pumpkin Caramels

Ingredients
1/2 cup Magical Butter
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 - 1/2 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
2 ounces honey
2 ounces pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice

How To
1. Put everythig into a large heavy-bottomed saucepan except for the vanilla extract. Turn stovetop on medium heat.
2. Stir mixture for 2 minutes.
3. Place in a candy thermometer and heat to 250 to 270 degrees F, depending how hard you want your caramels.
4. Once the caramels have reached desired temp, add vanilla. Whisk for 5 seconds and pour into a glass measuring cup.
5. Pour into buttered or oiled silicon molds.
6. Let cool for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator. Pop out of molds and enjoy!
