No Lie Pistachio Butter Brownies
Ingredients
1/3 cup Magical Butter oil
1/3 cup Magical Butter pistachio butter
1 box of double chocolate brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1 large egg
8 ounces Ghiardelli White Chocolate Chips
How To
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
2. Combine egg, oil, water and pistachio butter in a large mixing bowl.
3. Stir in brownie mix and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Pour into 3 x 3 individual brownie pan or an 8 x 8 glass pan.
5. Add white chocolate chips and top with chocolate sauce.
6. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
7. Let cool, cut and serve.
