Losing its funk, have i waited to long?

Any ideas why my white widow is starting to lose its funk and stickiness?? put it on 12/12 on 2-22-10...most of the trichs are getting milky, getn red hair's and im also noticing that under 60x magnifacation the alot of the trichs are looking dried and broken almost frizled.. if thats a word lol any tips on producing more trichs? have i waited to to long to harvest or will some of its sweetnes come back on its own!?!? please help, ps this happening to 2 out of the 5 plants but concerned that if im waiting to long i may be puting the other plants in jepordy!

They got a little over ripe.What you can try is set your lights to 10 hours on for a few days then drop your lights back to only 8 on for a few days. this might help..Best bet would be to harvest and remember to cut your lights back the last two weeks to only 10 hours on at most
