Looking to learn lighting ala large locations

Hey, new to the forums and the 420 lifestyle.

Honestly, not much of a smoker (asthma), but I totally support decriminalization.

I'm really just here because I want to learn more about lighting (LED preferably) and how to optimize hydroponic builds. There are probably more generalized forums, but I doubt they are as active and knowledgeable.

Personally, I'm just trying to make sure I have enough light for my strawberries, but I hope to move into an independent indoor hydroponic farm lifestyle soon after.

:peace:

I was trying to post in the introduction forum, but oh well
As far as COB LEDs go, I can't name the specific manufacturer, but I found some that say the max power is 100+ W
I've heard of this specific manufacturer before, but I just wanted to know what sort of specs I should be looking for?

I'm trying to grow about 25 strawberry plants, should be a grow area of about 5x5
I was thinking about getting about 8 of these 100+ W COB LEDs (5 x 5 x 30 = 750) and I should be good, right?
How do people find decent quality LEDs? Other information of note, cost $10-$20 each, CRI minimum of 80, is this a scam? I'm pretty sure it's all above board, but I'm not sure

Some more specs:
Forward voltage (@ 1620 mA, 25 °C): ~50 V
That would mean the output is about 80 true watts, right? If the typical forward voltage given is 50V and it's been tested at 1.62A (1620 mA), my math is correct?
These are given as "characteristics" on a spec sheet for the COB, but I just want to make sure that if I run it with that amperage and voltage, I won't blow anything out

And if this is all accurate, then I should be able to cover a 5'x5' area with 10 of those, right?
