Hi guys I am a noob to hydro. So I have a few q's. I am going to start with bag seeds (just to c if I can grow). My first q is can i and is it a good idea to veg with fluorescents and then switch to hips for flowering? And the second is what causes "lock" it is (water ph) and is it reversible if I get it back to 5.5 +or-?
