Yes the two work great, if not better than advertised. Probably the most effective and can see the effects foliar combo $ can buy.
Penetrator is now called Saturator and can be used with any foliar food.
Liquid Light is for indoor artificial lighting gardens ONLY. Do not use it on outdoor plants or it will burn.

but if you could answer a few more questions I was just wondering I started flowering some of mine,12/12 under a HPS light canni use the LL and the saturator now or is it to late, and for future reference when should I start using it and how often.... Thanks again!

In bloom I apply LL+P twice a week from week 1 to week 5 and then I cut it off. I also use it at half strength to make it last longer with it's high cost + there are testimonials that it can burn at full strength.
