I’m keeping my height 18” above the top leaves. Tsw2000 quantum board led.
my question is should I keep that height as they grow. Or let them grow up to it..

During flower (at least with mine) the light height lessens in flower. I let them grow up to it, then adjust up when they reach the threshold specified by the manufacturer. @SmokeSara can probably give you the specifics.

So you don't need to lower your height now, wait until you're in the flowering phase to lower it
