Lights flouro?

Hey all. I read recently in a post here someone mentioned using those "spiral energy" bulbs for growing during veg stage? Is that accurate? I bought a decent 250w hps but also have those kind of bulbs around too. Can someone help me with that question? Thanks

I'm not an expert on bulbs, but I don't see a problem using cfl's to veg.
