lighting question?

my seeds are germinating right now and will soon be put into solo cups to start growing, i have a 4' shop light with 2 T8 bulbs, one being daylight 32w 6500k bulb and the other being cool white 32w 4100k bulb, is this going to be adequit light to start my grow with the seedlings? or should i use 2 of the same bulbs? and if so which ones? when should i switch to my big 1000w grow light? thanks

Well, a plant needs both kinds of lighting, its said to have both kinds of lights when growing. I'd say change from seedlings under your T8 lights to the 1000w light after a week.
