Lighting new room

I have a 4x8x6 flowering room and a 4x4x6 Veg room I am trying to purchase lights for. I was leaning towards a 600w HPS with Digital ballast for Flowering but am wondering if 1 light is enough for that space (flower room) or should I do 1 MH 1 HPS for flowering? Also wondering what you guys do for Veg lighting, MH?, Floro? Just trying to have an idea what Im doing before I walk into a store and get sold things I don't need or want. Any help will be much appreciated thanks a lot!

one 600 watt HPS would be minimum, IMO
two would be much better or a hps and a mh.

I use floros for veg, work great till the plants get 2-3 feet then you have to get creative.
Like build a arch with them(I use 4ft shop lights) to get good penetration and coverage.
