Light to close?

I have 4 seedlings going right now. This one was closest to the bulb. When I checked on them this afternoon it was laying down flat and the tips are yellow. Is this from being too close to the light?

Could be. What kind of lights you got, how close are they?

150 watt HPS, this one was directly underneath. it was probably 5" from the light. I did the hand test when I lowered the light and they didn't seem too hot but when I touched the pots they seemed really warm so maybe that is too close.
