Light repair/upgrade?

Picked up a used Exlenvce exe 1200 tw grow light. Partially functioning when acquired. The veg was very light but bloom function seemed fairly good working. Pulled it apart, cleaned it up, hooked it back up and now the bloom function pulses no change from veg option. Noticed some diodes burned out also. Can I replace or re use good ones? Can I jump the burnt diodes and adjust power specs to fit the difference? Just assessing my options. Will attach some pics

Questions, you could give exlenvce a call and see what, if any, parts they have available,. They might also be able to help you troubleshoot it. Given the price of that model, I’d upgrade before I sunk much money into it. It’s true wattage draw is only 235 watts.
