Light or Water? Blueberry Sprouts

Do theses ladys look like they need water or get moved closer to the light?
They are 4 day old Blueberry sprouts, running a 400w mh at 3ft off the top right now.

Give it plenty of low heat light and keep the roots moist for a week. Get a breeze on it to strengthen the stem.

well they are getting a ton of air that stem is going to be super strong and they are getting temps of around 77 humidity of 30. Just wondering if they look thirsty or they are stretching for the sun?
