Light height? 5000k LED Philips light - Clones

Hey everyone

I have a clone king 36 and I had my clones under a t5 light but needed to free it up so now I have them under 5000k led lights philips bulbs which I used for my Seedlings before and it went well.

I have no idea the height I should have them as my t5 was 6-8 inches but my light guy said 3 feet for the led bulbs.

If they are the 14 watt variety...I would think the same distance as the T5 would be fine...what is the wattage of the LED bulbs...cheerz...h00k...

I've posted a similar question with no response as of yet.

But I've got 2x 25w battens rather than the globe type.
Are these good enough for rooting clones and keeping bonsai moms?
