We can see in the coverage area charts these LED lights are only able to supply a 1' x 2' area with adequate light and the distance from the light source and effective flowering distance is unknown. The LED lights are weak and will not provide enough suitable light to flower. 240 watts / 800 LED = toy . LED light below 1 watt per LED have only ever been of limited use in vegetative growth or produce fluff and popcorn bud when used in flower.

The issue with High Intensity Discharge lighting is that not every ballast is efficient or suitable for lighting cannabis plants and the choice of the reflector canopy and light bulb brand and model greatly impact the cannabis plants available light spectrum to produce harvested high quality cannabis medicine.

Not sure what measurement your 120 x 120 is but that light is about enough for 1 plant.

You need about 700w for 4 plants 1500w for 8 plants

In a 120" x 120" room which is 10FOOTx10FOOT I'd be running 3000w and 16 plants.

IF its 120cm thats a 4x4 so 700w will do for 4 plants. You need 3 of those lamps.

240 watt / 800 = 0.3 watt per LED average = expensive light bright toy
Most likely 1/2 watt or less LED being under driven

the light distance chart indicates the effective light distance from the lamp is 12" or less most likely only effective for limited vegetative growth. This equipment lacks enough light intensity to effectively grow a cannabis plant. The light spectrum is inconsequential.

This is an example of the terible equipment you should avoid.

Yes certain manufacturers are more reputable, I recommend you look at the available offerings from reputable 420 Magazine sponsors in good standing.
