i went into licensing facilty to get my patient a licence. we had to fill out the paper work and the caregiver part was all ready filled out .i had to ask the receptionist for a blank form . and the people that worked there were not asking any one of the new patient's if they could be there caregiver ,and the licensing facilty has a patient referral program a 170.00 for each referral. but i do not know if the patient knows there info is being sold. with all the BS that is going on right now this is all we need for the media to find this out
