In case you wanted to know? Pennywise posted Snow High had something Oax. but the genetics is iffy. Snow High prices are darn pretty high...waaay to much for me. Their seeds look the bomb though. They have some rare genetics...like Vietnamese Gold.

I was fortunate enough While travelling in Thailand to acquire some Thai stick, it was twined to a thick shishkaboob like stick that was dipped in opium allowing the buds to slowly soak it up. Crazy smoke lol literally a 1/4 grounded us in our resort room for 3 days lol

My recent 420 intro mentions the shift from awesome Columbian gold and red (which I know I often smoked some of the best there ever was) to “what Is that smell” when someone jumped in your car, “skunk” hit town in 1978. Lumbo was $40/oz and the skunk was $300. There was also a major Lumbo drought, which I later read was tied to major efforts to shut down the East coast smuggler network. Supply and demand. There was no going back and Columbian dried up completely due to the DEA and the shift to cocaine economics. So, my vote for legendary strains, Columbian Gold, whatever that original skunk was and my go to, Girl Scout Cookies.
 
How about authentic Alien Technology IBL?
Most everyone has heard the story I'd assume.
Here's mine 12 years ago, I was gifted a medium sized cloned mother plant. She was a sight for sore eyes, after she donated as many clones as possible. But I still took her for shits and giggles. I had no idea what I just got, I was too new to growing. This was a gift (of) a friend of a friend. I still have her, just in seed form. Also made a few of my own hybrids from her. (3 in the back and front right)

Back then homegrown was synonymous with ditchweed or just crap. Seeds and stems, fan leaves, took three joints to feel a mild buzz.
I don't understand why none of today's weed makes us laugh or get uncontrollable munchies?
I remember smoking stuff that made me crack up laughing at everything. Of course I can only get there now by listening to captain beefheart.

I am just a newbie with some skill, some aspirations, and some luck. I haven't been around too long. Not long enough to have heard of that Alien technology strain anyway. Lemme hear the story. I do love a good yarn when it pertains to a weed strain.

I happen to have some NL#5 that was originally sourced from a small island near Seattle. That line is said to have come from the original NL#5. It has been grown there for over 25 yrs in a seed form. It is claimed to be from the original clone only NL#5. Even if the story isnt 100% accurate, it is supposed to be a very good version of NL#5.

Alien Technology
Very little is known about Alien Technology other than it is a landrace strain selected from a handful of seeds acquired by breeder OBSoul33t from a US soldier returning from Afghanistan. It is a pure indica that features light green buds, incredible trichome production, and a spicy, hashy flavor/aroma with fuel undertones. Reports indicate that the high is more stimulating than your typical indica, while lasting as long as 6 hours. Alien Technology has been used in breeding some of today’s most potent hybrids such as Alien Dawg and Alien Kush.

Seen some of that and Hybrids done with it while shopping seeds (never had any of it though as I was away from toking for about 20 years in that era), do a search for the Breeder "Useful Seeds".
