LED grow tent UK burn holes or hotspot issues

Hi could anyone tell me what this could be with my plants i dont think it’s nutrient burn or pest bugs issue or ph problems as i ph at 6.2

Looks to me like the leaf was damaged when it was small, so as it grew, the damage became more apparent.
My plants get that when the leaves get pinched between the pots in my 2'x2' (it gets tight in there)

Ye but it seem like the lights are to powerful or everytime i humid or spray... definitely no pest or over feed i feed 2-3 times then water for a few days fans are not directly on the leave so its not wind burn and light are not close light are hung at 36-40 “
