On my led there a flower and bloom switch am growing autoflower my question is do I use veg and bloom switch on from the beginning

Run both all the way. Lights with those switches need all the help they can get.

I have one of those lights but mine are dials and I have mine turned up my veg one is on 80% and the bloom one is on 90% and these are the manufacturer recommended settings
