Is the light too far away from the plants?
Hey @420giirl great looking set up. You can get a light meter for about 30 bucks from AMAZ....... I use mine all the time as they grow and change.
Do you have a temp/hygrometer in there? If you lay it beside the girls it will give you an idea of temp at their level. If its hot move your light back a bit.
Not perfect way of doing things but at least you won't cook your ladies until you can get a meter.
Just my 2 cents.
Great garden.

SF recommend 18-24" so that looks about right.
Great thanks so much! I have the dimmer set at 75% think I should push them a lil harder being that their leaves aren’t folding up like a taco yet. I’ve heard you can push them to that point?

I actually have a digital one that shows the temperature and humidity which I try keeping at 80f and about 60% humidity but I have it placed above the light, I’ll move it right next to them for a more accurate reading. Thank you so much

Nice setup my friend!
Thank you so much means a lot bc I’ve been trying really hard with this 1st grow I eat, sleep and think my grow area and babies which I did name lol I just want them to be the best they can be!!

You can even get an app on a phone that will give you a general idea. There's one called PPFD meter. Think the logo is black and purple. I believe it was Budget LED posted about it on here comparing the accuracy against a proper PPFD meter and they said it was fairly close. They seem happy so I'd probably leave it as is and then gradually crank it up on the run up to flowering.

Yo, check this out. If you want a "par" meter, order a HydroFarm Lux meter from the Zon, and tomorrow i will post a step by step guild on how to make a par meter out of it.

Ok, I’ll more than likely try the app first bc I did purchase the meter attached. problem is the chart doesn’t list cannabis so I have no idea how to use it. I was thinking of following what’s listed for tomatoes idk I see a return in my near future, 10$ what do I expect, man!

Sad to say it but those things tend to be a bit rubbish. I bought one too. Used it once and it's stayed in the back of the cupboard since. Check moisture by feeling the weight of the pot, pH with a digital pen and light with an app or lux meter.

yeah that’s what I thought but ok living and learning, I love it! Ty so much for your time
