Is that plant in a solo cup or does it just look like one? If it is, I am going to go out on a limb and suggest you are overdue to move to a bigger container. Awaiting more info.

Yes it is in solo cup

Still??! How old is she? You really should consider transplanting to at least a gallon container if not bigger! I find solo cups get too small by roughly day 15.

Yellowing leaves at the bottom of a plant is a good indication it's short on Nitrogen. Besides the tiny solo cup already discussed, what is the growing media (soil or soil-less mix) and what if anything are you feeding it?

yeah mate some more roots space will sort you out.
Might need nutes too but we'd have to know the media and what youre feeding before advising
