Leaves are starting to droop

I have small plants in seedling soil with no nutrients in a 4×4 tent under a 400w temp light. The temp is 75 and the humidity is 53. I have been watering a little every morning and out of nowhere they started to droop. The cups have plenty of holes and I have stopped watering for the last 2 days. The soil is now bone dry and the plants are still drooping what should I do

the two that are wilting really bad, absolutely... water them now. The other two are just starting to wilt and are about 12 hours away from doing what the other two are doing. They will spring back. Water the first two right away, the other two this evening. This will start trying to get them all synced up.
Thanks for the advice I will definitely water them I was just confused because the wilting was do to overwater and the soil had dried yet they were still wilting. I normally water these a little every morning and it was going good for a while should I have been watering everyday

It sucks that people are so precious with their plants that the perfect care they usually think they are getting are actually killing it. There's alot of very smart and helpful members here. Follow their advice and you will be back on the right track in no time. You should start a journal as well....just a thought.

well, maybe not quite this dry. :ganjamon:

That is some great info I never knew how to water correctly until I read the info in the article. I just now for the first time watered until I saw run off and will not water again until the bottom leaves start to wilt and the water table is low and I ll also check the weight of the container. This is all to keep a "clear" wet/dry and adverse soil correct ? The article said this info was good for containers 3 gallons and up but should I water till run off with smaller pots or cups or how should I water those?
