Leaching?

how do i go about leaching my plant's as i have a build up of salt on the top of the soil and have been told that i should do this but don't know where to start i use coco soil with clay pebble's at the bottom can any one tell me what would be the best way to do this! thank's

May I ask you this?
What type of fertilizers are being used currently? and how long?
What stage of growth are the plants in?
What is your reasoning for leaching besides "Salt Buildups" and what confirms this, as what is on top of the soil?
What size containers are these in?

i have a side question,how often should leeching be done? should i add it to my regular routine? or just i case a problem happens?

they are about 1 week into veg, in 10L pots! no fert apart from nuits which canna coco a and b and the reason is just what someone told me!what do you think i should do cherma here are the best pic's i have and some of some leave's at the bottom of the plant to that I'm a bit worried about! thanks
