Late stage hermie or am I paranoid?

Noticed this bud today on a plant, not sure about the little yellow pods mid bud, is it possible it is a hermie, or am i paranoid?? thanks.

Do you see any seeds in the pods could be "nanners" nice bud

What are nanners. I gave it a squeeze. It didnt feel like a seed

yeah I did some reading, we pulled it off, not seeing anymore of them, hopefully that is the only one, we have multiple plants in bud right now, all in different stages, I would hate to pollinate something at this point.

my first plant i put up on here hermied in week 6 of flowering...i upped my lights way to fast to late...im pretty sure the nanners arnt seeds they are pollen sacks. ...pick um off as soon as you see them...im afraid, with my own plant, once it started they kept popping up all over...but i hope the best for you that bud looks great! my hermie below...
