Lab Test in 4 weeks, been clean for 1 so far, looking for extra advice

Im a bigger guy 6,6 285 but not that fat (ex college lineman) smoked everyday for about 8 months, wouldnt say heavy use, sometimes just once a day. I narrowed that down to about 2-3 times a week for 3 weeks then didnt smoke at all last week going into this week. I have been going to the gym doing pretty heavy cardio once a day and coming back a sweating more in the shower for about 15 mins after too. but i was wondering if there were any vitamins or certain teas that might help my process along(Already drank alot of Calli tea, Dads an ol hippie lol) or maybe some more old school wisdom as well, any tips are very appreciated, and maybe this will help some of the bigger smokers as myself who have been looking through these forums where everyone is 5.5 170 lol. No vitamins or teas or detox drinks help with detoxing thc because thc is not water soluble. It heads directly for the fat cells and stay there till the fat cells die off in about a month or you burn them off with exercise. The only substance that will help is eat a high fiber diet or take some metmucil to keep your bowel movements going regularly. The reason is that 80% of your thc laden fat cells are released through your stool and if it isn't removed your intestines can start absorbing the material and starting the process all over again.
Be sure and drug test yourself at home if you're trying to get clean naturally. You can buy cheap test strips for less than $2 each on ebay.
And be sure to quit exercising 3 days before the test and change to a high fat red meat diet.
 
Ordering some test strips as we speak. You sound pretty knowledgeable on that subject so what is your opinion on eating Pectin, ive heard several places say that it helps the thc fat cells bind to the pectin better to be passed through your stool.
 
Pectin only helps in the same way metamucil does. It keeps your bowels moving. Just eating a high fiber diet is usually good enough. A good bowel movement every day is what you're after.
