Ok so this thread is running in conjunction with my other one, which is a free to post area. It will get the same updates given as this one does! So please post questions and general chit chat on that thread!

Blue Kush, Dinafem.
Red Dragon, Barneys Farm.
Amnesia Haze, RQS.
Cream Caramel Fast, Sweet Seeds.


Now Ive never ran with LED's or Ebb & Flow, so this is my short first run using a soil based medium. Im lucky enough to be using the Budmaster II 1200-XG!!!! Also Oxygen Pot Systems Ebb & Flow!!

My nutrients are going to be a mix of the entire range from GET. Growing Edge Technologies. My growing style will be a mix of fluxing styles!!

So on with a few pics

Ok so the reason I started in such small pots is to build plenty of root mass. As Im soil in an Ebb & Flow, I want really high ratio of roots to my medium. Since then, they have been potted up again ill be waiting again for a few weeks till they go Into the Oxy pot set up!
The reason I started under CFL is simply to fit round my moving house. Also though it gave me chance to start training early. No point wasting the God light on young babies!
Ill update all plant pics and get things organised more tomorrow

So last night a Cat of ours jumped in over my back whilst I was tending my plants lol We had one side of the fluxed GG#4 snap when she landed on top of my girls!!! Taped up now so all should be fine.
Done some defol to clear above nodes I want to grow out! Anyway more pics of the girls.

OK so LA's Torture Garden is now in full effect!
Shed loads of defol done and lots of new wires used! Things are gonna get interesting now as I bend these little sods to my will! No doubt that some will think me extreme I am lol. Yet I get my plants set up early which in my opinion means less work and stress later.
You will notice that we only have 2 traditional fluxes! The rest are me playing with some new styles I have rattling around my noggin!
Also remember this isn't my normal kind of run! Im not going for big monsters, more just a short run this time with small girls before going absolutely nuts with gigantic girls in full hydro!

The one is going to be my tutt style LST, just for old times sake! Also started paying a little more attention now, instead of straight tap water, now they get filtered and PH'd water!
My meter is awesome really old now and works brilliantly. All I ever have to do is calibrate once per grow and were golden!

OK so lets have a torture update!


First pics showing how early I remove the under and over nodes along the flux arms!!

Then showing how I remove the leaf that forms pointing back into center of plant. It shadows nodes you want to develop so they go!

Now the girls with more training and selective defol!!! Also the re potting of my damaged GG, then the setting of my second bite at fluxing her!

Impressive, and thank you for putting all the time in to do this. Keeping multiple journals going can be daunting. I will just sit back and take it all in as it unfolds.

With the GG#4 you can see some nute burn! this strain is a not much feeding one when young!!! You can also see the nodes are now staggered on the botched second bite flux. Should make for a nice flux though! She's just a little behind the others is all but hey ho

Good day to all Today were showing some real plant torture! !! Im not happy at the speed of growth of my girls. Normally I get damn fast vigorous growth in veg, not this time!!!!
So we checked root mass for the second time! I clearly hadn't sorted the bound roots!!!
So I got my fork on and used one to rip the living crap out of all the root balls. Im so fed up at this point in the grow, so I went a little psycho to say the least.

Hell its all about sharing the good and bad on 420, so hopefully this will aid others from having same issues!
Anyway I needed to do this to get my plants set for my Oxy set up. So they now have a week to bounce back before final transplant into system!

So when it goes into the system you are switching to the LED? Or are you already using that bad boy??

Good day one and all!

OK today I did loads of selective defol. Mainly on the non fluxers, as Im trying to promote the inner lower nodes to grow up to canopy level. Also tidying up of some training was done!

Firstly my two GG#4 girls. Considering the flux was set back loads, she is now flying along to be honest!!

I'm guessing they don't offer your discount code to the UK due to customs and all that other BS.
I'm so totally jealous of you my friend you have the 3 things I want most.

Welcome Kodiak, were only just about to get going on the interesting, fun stuff! In another weeks time everything will be moved to my mates and set up into the system, using my big bugger LED! Then the good times shall role I hope

Hidden Im personally loving just the fluxed GG#4 and the Amnesia Haze at the moment. They both look like they will be monstrous. The bushy GG girl is going to be the mommy for clones. She is still suffering from my root roughing up a while back, so isn't growing at the speed I want.
Both the GG#4's are looking healthy though. They have slightly differing structure that lends me to think slightly diff phenos!!
This is great news as gives me better odds for hitting the super frosty pheno!
Ill be re vegging both GG's anyway so ill then take clones off the fluxed one if she's the star!

All look like Ill get good numbers. Just not the monster plants Im used to growing! Yet straight after this baby run were going straight to a clones run of GG#4 in full Oxy pot hydro with cubes Capn style. These will be fluxing monsters! !
