L.E.D. colored lighting panels

Any info out there on when should leds should be used? I mean during the time when the the light is on or off? I am still trying to dial in some points and my girls are growing some crazy nutty hairs off the nubs under the leaves where they branch off from the main stalk. So I am thinking there may be some use i can find for the colored leds to add some pizzaz to the ladies. any suggestions, many thanks:blunt:

By choosing a flood light you are making a decision. LED flood lights are not meant to grow plants. Yes, the light they give off will grow a plant but it is not optimal by any means. You will also be restricted to the 3 color temperatures of white as a result. Read the link in my signature. If you still have a question after that, try to be a little more precise on exactly what information you are looking for.
 
hey flash when I have more info to throw your way i will. What I have learned from the less than a year in doin this, you will get some whom are willing to help and then the there are the rest. Research and keep asking questions is how i try to help prevent my inevitable screw up. There are some genuine folks who I believe try to help. hey try scrolling down the "grow lighting" forum also under the grow room tab. Thanks for asking the question.! Now i am curious for my own answer.
