got kushberry growin in a closet and the plant has been topped and is reachin 5ft , my light is as high as it can go how do i bend my plants or how do i train them to bend
Just bend it down and tie it up. If you're not flowering you could supercrop it as well. I don't know if it helps with yield, but it will for sure lower the height of your plant. The way I supercrop is I pinch the stem and then bend it about 120 degrees downward. It breaks the stem a little bit, but the tops will start bending back towards the light the same day if you do it right. Supercropping does promote bushiness so it could backfire if you don't have a lot of horizontal room to expand into. If my indoor plants start getting to tall, I use a combination of LST, topping, supercrop and it has worked pretty well. Good luck, brother.
If it is that tall, it is probably pretty woody. So work the stem gently between your thumb and fingers, working the bend over several inches of the stem. Once you have it lowered, tie it down to something or it will just pop right back up. If you are still in veg, it should send signal to the lower nodes to shoot up!
