Love to hear some feedback! They seem nice and healthy and just changed the light cycle to 12/12. Hoping to see sex soon! All are pretty even heights so no sex indicator there. All have had tops clipped a bit ago. They seem nice and full! Hope for the best! Solid stems with many tops!!

Currently have 8 going. Dont know the strain. Using Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, and Roots Organics full nutrient system. Using Exhale c02 bags. Currently under a 4 bulb Envirogrow ho T5, but going to add some led lighting soon (probably next run) and flower with 2 1000w cool tube lights. Average temp is 82° (added an intake for fresh air and dropped the temp to 77° consistent) and humidity at about 45. Looking to grow White Widow x Big Bud next. Going to do between 10-15 plants, and ill start a journal from start to finish! Going tomorrow pick up my 1000w MH, Ballast, Hood, and coolimg fan with ducting. Working on getting a moving light rail right now too. This has become my new obsession. Im going to be building a 4ft by 9ft grow room soon so my next run can be bigger. Ill post a journal that consists of the building to budding, pic by pic! Going to build a stud wall across the room and probably run 3 1000w cool tubes in 2/3 of the space. Ill section off 1/3 for my veg, and use the closet for clones. Im also going to be removing the foil after this and going with a flat white. Running 3 new lines from the breaker just for this! Watched the Jorge Cervantes Ultimate Grow DVD (when I get my laptop out of hock Ill make a bunch of .Avi copies Id be willing send out! Very informative! Especially for a newb like me!) And read the Ed Rosenthal "oaksterdam" university course book (AMAZING!!) Also have the grow bible on PDF..... Lots of reading!!
 
Is it only me but does 3000 watts for 2/3rd's of a 4'x9' room seem excessive? I come up with 27.6 square feet. Divided by 3000 watts equals 107.8 watts per square foot. Most people strive for 50 but I pulled 3/4 LB off of 600 watts in a 3.5x9 room. That just over 19 watts per square foot. I did use a light mover for part of the grow. How do you plan on controlling your heat with that much light? I guess what I am saying is that in my opinion you would be going way past the point of return for investment. Both in up front cost and the cost of running all of those lights.
 
I dont find it excessive at all. I dont believe in that word. Everything I do is over the top and I dont believe in too much light. Thats why I picked the cool tube hoods. They can be placed close together and the ducting will pull most of the heat. Also, I was planning on using one of those lights for the 1/3 veg room... I see from my description it looks like I was going to run 3 in a 6 x 3 space. Ill have to correct it so it is more clear.
 
Well so far 5 of 8 are female! One of them I cut down because for some reason it was just way smaller than the others. It never dried out the soil either. Just didnt seem to be doing anything and was almost a foot shorter than the rest. I still have one showing no signs.

"Ed Rosenthal's Marijuana Growers Handbook" Mine is signed:thumb: I'm glad to see some actually getting as much info as possible. the one thing is Your using Ocean Forest with the Roots Line try the roots soil I don't think you will go back to Ocean Forest(Look In the hand book their analysis is nothing like the bag says)
