Jon's First Outdoor Grow: Sugar Breath Photoperiod & Strawberry Banana Autoflower

EPILOGUE

After 111 pages and 20 plants, it's time to put this journal to bed.

I want to first thank the sponsors involved in this grow:

- @GeoFlora Nutrients (our official sponsor of the grow)
- @NextLight (420h)
- @Mars Hydro (FC-E6500)
- @DYNOMYCO
- @Prescription Blend Nutrients
- @GeoPot
- @Blue Planet Nutrients

All of you brought me light, nutrients, microbes, product, or vessels for various plants of this grow. As far as I'm concerned, every sponsor product involved performed extremely well. Thank you all very much for your continued support of all of us and for laying such groovy prizes on us when we're lucky enough to win something.

Next I want to thank the folks who really helped me out significantly in this grow:

- EVERYONE I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH AND WHO OFFERED COMMENTARY ON MY GROW
- Special Mention: @Emilya, @Bill284, @InTheShed, @Rexer, @stone Otter, @Azimuth, @West Hippie, @Virgin Ground, @Farmer Reading, @Stunger, @Michael Hunt, @Backlipslide, and I'm sure I'll piss someone off that should be on here cuz I'm a stoner and had to have forgotten someone I went to over and over again, sorry.....

Seriously guys, my grows don't happen like they do without all the help I get from the amazing talent and cool person pool on here. I won't overdo it for a change, but really, thanks so much for all your help.

Then, since it's been a fairly long grow, let's take a look at exactly what was grown in this journal:

- 1 Chunkadelic auto
- 1 Sour Apple auto
- 4 Strawberry Banana autos
- 1 Gelato auto
- 1 Gorilla Zkittlez auto
- 3 Dos Si Dos autos
- 1 Hulkberry photo
- 1 Slurricane photo
- 1 Ghost Train Haze photo
- 1 Raspberry Parfait photo
- 1 Pineapple Upside Down Cake photo
- 1 Blueberry photo
- 1 Dos Si Dos photo
- 1 Strawberry Lemonade photo
- 1 Apple Blossom photo

It would have been 22 plants total, but a Strawberry Banana photo went hermie and a Chocolope photo never got off the ground. Largest grow I've done in one sitting by far. I believe the most we were dealing with at one time when things were way crazy was 14 plants. Lots of moving of plants and lugging of water.

Also, there were several firsts in this grow for me:

- First outdoor plants
- First time using GeoFlora nutrients
- First time using Prescription Blend nutrients
- First time using Blue Planet products
- First time using the entire Fox Farms nute set
- First time using both the FC-E6500 and the 420h
- First completely organic plants
- First time growing in coco
- First time growing autos in 7s

Needless to say, I probably learned more in various arenas during this grow than any other single grow in my "career."

So there's sort of a summary of this journal, then I thought it might be fun to take a little trip down memory lane from the very beginning of the grow to the end. I just selected various pictures to hit on certain parts of the grow that nobody likely even remembers by now, lol.

Here we go with scenes from a grow journal:

We begin at the beginning, with the 7 ounce yielding Chunkadelic autoflower. Here's a couple pics of what she looked like in flower and her gigantic towers towards the end.

At the same time as the Chunkadelic was finishing, the Sour Apple auto bagseed I saved from the mulch pile was also finishing up:

Then we have a shot of the Mars Hydro outdoor rig. This shot shows her full of autos and a few other plants.

Some of those autos became these....this is the massive Dos Si Dos auto indica pheno in a 7 with GeoFlora nutes:

This is a shot of the NextLight outdoor rig. This shot shows her with her five autos. The rig housed these five start to finish and was then broken down. These plants started with my old blurples and switched to the 420h when I got it as part of the GJOM prize pack. 4 Strawberry Bananas and 1 Gelato.

This is how it looked in afternoons when the active plants were all put in their afternoon sun spot. This is when this grow was operating at it's peak with 14 active plants in various stages of growth, various mediums, various nutes, various watering patterns, and various environmental realities.

This is the Raspberry Parfait outdoor, my first ever outdoor plant harvested, and also my first ever fully organic plant.

This is the Pineapple Upside Down Cake in late flower, same deal as the Raspberry Parfait.

These two pictures are an overhead of the tent soil plants in mid to late flower from way up high, and a solo shot of the Slurricane close to harvest.

These two are the Hulkberry and her massive colas and what I had to do to support them as well as a shot of what she looked like up close in late flower.

This is a finish trimmed bud of the Raspberry Parfait.

And a finish trimmed bud of the Gorilla Zkittlez.

This is the Strawberry Lemonade in late flower, one of my first three coco plants started outside then moved indoors.

And finally, this is the Apple Blossom, our last plant, the day I flipped her.

That will do it for this journal. I'll post a strain/smoke report on the Apple Blossom at a later date. I hope everyone had fun, enjoyed too many pictures and words, and hopefully learned something. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to check out the grow and who contributed in one way or another. I sincerely appreciate it.

This leaves me with only one active journal, a nice change. Lol. So anything else I post from now on will be in here, my current and now only active journal:

Happy Growing guys! @Teddy Edwards, if you could please move this to completed journals that would be great.

Very nice epilogue @Jon, congratulations on finishing;)

I got on board late, but what a journey.
What an amazing assembly of spectacular plants and ultra kind bud.
Thanks FR! Appreciate the kind words. It was a lot of work. Lol.
