I've Been AWOL For A Little While

If anyone wondered where I wandered, well... it's hard to tell, lol. But I'm back:thumb:.

Hope there are lots of trees in your forests!

'10, now that's over a half decade. Glad you came back to give it another go. Wether you need our help or you're here to help others, it's the right decision man. Thanks for coming back to the best cannabis culture site on the Web.

KiG :green_heart:cheers

Hey TS, I'm still here but wth updated handle (formerly soniq420)

Quite of bit of progress in the fight since we last spoke. State by state they fall like dominoes and the war is soon to be won.

Good to see back

I was pretty sure that was you ;) .

Quite of bit of progress in the fight since we last spoke.

Around here, they have progressed... to boutique pricing  .

I'm glad that I jumped through a couple of (unusual) hoops to reclaim my "identity." Folks, I just realized that the thanks/rep feature is apparently connected to the ajax.googleapis.com script - and, since I refuse to allow websites permission to run Google's (and most other entities') scripts on my computer for security purposes, I cannot use those features. But I do appreciate the warm welcome (back)!

Thank you, Keith - and everyone. Thanks for the kind words, the many past interactions I have had with so many of you... and thanks for being here and helping to spread cannabis awareness!

Regards,
~TS~

What's up TS, nice to see you back brother! :high-five:

I wish that I had never made myself scarce. What can I say, lol? Paranoia can sometimes be a burden even when they are out to get you, and later I worried that my half-<BLEEPed> security methods would have ensured that there was no way for me to retrieve my account information. Should have had sense enough to just get in touch with you.

Torco just came back and posted a journal as well, nice to see some old familiar faces. :circle-of-love:

:Namaste:

I get the impression that some that I would otherwise recognize have changed their handles. Possibly because they "came out of the growroom" (so to speak) due to a more progressive environment where they are located? That must be refreshing, albeit somewhat confusing to those of us who <COUGH> stepped out for a minute. Sometimes I wish I was... what's the opposite of paranoid, lol? All I can think of is "stupidity" ;) . Anyway, I occasionally wish that I had a big enough pair of brass ones to change my user name to my real one. But, alas, 'tis not to be. You - and, perhaps, one or two others - know who I am, and everyone else will just have to be satisfied with knowing that I'm a goofy, rambling, kind and helpful (when I remember that I have to make a conscious effort to overcome... being a bit of a hind-end) guy who occasionally types novellas and calls them posts.

Regards,
~TS~

I did try calling a couple of times, never got through. Figured you'd be back someday.

How are the choppers working, good I hope? :high-five:

Have fun getting nestled back into the community, we've now got a zero tolerance for trolls and a great Mod team to keep it that way.

See ya in the forums, brother!

:Namaste:

Whoops. Guess I ought to get my current number to you.

Figured you'd be back someday.

Felt like coming home.

Fine, and thanks again (a lifetime of thanks).

Great, I'm glad to read that things are running smoothly.

See ya in the forums, brother!

Always did love reading (especially here ;) ).

This is resolved. It was a forum setting, by defaults load jQuery from Google (remote) server.

Now changed to load locally (off 420M server). :thumb:

Welcome back! Didnt know you last time but hey oh well the past is the past and we are no in the present and that is the greatest gift of all!

Sorry brother, when we changed it, the Likes & Thanks stopped working, so we now have to dive deeper into the programming to figure it out. I'll let you know once resolved.

I just got back and I'm already causing extra work, lol?

Most people probably wouldn't have even noticed. I just run a script-blocker in Firefox with its settings on "TorturedSoul" I mean "Paranoid" and am used to websites not functioning 100% on my first pass - then I will check to see which scripts the website is attempting to run and (on a good day ;) ) approve one, generally the one that carries the website's name. If that doesn't make things normal, I'll consider approving one or even more than one additional ones. But Google's are "sort of" widespread and I generally do not wish to approve those anywhere. So I noticed.

It's NBD to me, really. While I would like the opportunity to like/thank post authors, it's not important enough to be worth a lot of effort, especially someone else's effort.

I'm pretty chuffed to see that your server is still located in another country and that Cloudflare is NOT one of the scripts your website uses. Anything on top of that would just be a bonus.

BtW, I'm kind of starting back in slowly (feel like I'm worse than a newbie, because I unconsciously feel like I ought to recognize 95%+ of the user names, but don't - which keeps throwing me off just a tiny bit), am as paranoid as ever, still am not real thrilled with the thought of changing my handle... and it looks like everything is flowing smoothly as smoke out of a hot-water bong (that's smooth!). But if you ever want me to do anything around here, just send me a PM, email (I think I saved the account credentials this time), or call. Oops, I'll have to email you my new number.

Off to do one of my favorite activities (read).

Thanks again for being a green light in the darkness,
~TS~
