It's stretching too much, get the light closer without burning it. Also, support it with something.

It looks like your seedlings are stretching because the light is too far away.
What type of lights are you using and how far away are they?

Support it with a pencil or something to keep in straight. Also, why did you plant 2 in the same pot?

Wait until it gets a little older, then transplant. I'd say no more than 14 days or the roots will tangle up with each other.

It'll work for now until the plant can support itself. I see you have no reflectors around your CFLs. You are loosing a ton of light. Make a ghetto reflector out of an old beer or soda can. It will disperse the light down, instead of it going in every direction.

Wouldn't recommend it, foils wrinkles and the more it does, the less it reflects.

You'll have 4 plants, the more CFLs the better, keep them as close as possible. I have 2 self ballasted 250 watt CFLs running with a 400 watt HID & I can get the CFLs about 1 inch from the plants.
