Is time on my side?

Hi everyone
I'm growing auto flowering WW. Since these dudes seem to decide by themselves when to flower, does anybody know how long they stay in vegetative mode?
I don't think it's a matter of size.
They're presently relaxing under a 1000W LED, 18/4, about 30 inches above.
Should I change the lighting when they decide to flower?

Most folks keep the same light schedule from seedling to harvest with autoflowering strains.

Try and keep the bud sites open, and when they start to flower lower the lights to get the most penetration without bleaching them... 18"-24"...

i normally go 24hr for veg a 20-4 for flower. but anything between 18-24 is fine for all stages
