Is this sufficient lighting to veg three clones?

Hey everyone and thanks for stopping by

I have three clones that I believe have rooted, or are at least quite close to doing so, so I plan on vegging them soon.

I was wondering if two 24W T5 CFLs would be sufficient lighting for all three clones? At least to start them off, when they are fairly big and strong I plan on putting them in the garage with their mother and my HPS light

I have them in a box with reflective aluminum sides

Any input would be greatly appreciated
